I found the rdr2 dynamite arrow pamphlet location after roaming for several hours because I like to ride on my horse whose name is Pradhaan in rdr2. But you don't have to wait several hours like me to find the location of the dynamite arrow pamphlet because I am here for you mate.
Just go to the location in the below map where the player is marked on the map and you will find it in a box under a wooden bridge.
The pamphlet will be between two rocks as shown in the below image.

You can easily find arrow and dynamite but you might be wondering which is the best location to get flight feathers easily and fast don't worry I got you covered.
Go to the location below and you will find many ducks here which will provide you flight feathers quickly.
Pro Tip: Ducks will respawn if you go back and forth.
Choose any weapon which can shoot lots of bullets in one go then use deadeye to mark the ducks which will make collecting flight feathers a piece of cake for you.
Difference between standard and dynamite arrow
- With a normal arrow, you can only kill one person at a time but with a dynamite arrow, you can kill multiple people at once
- If your aim is not good then one misfire of the normal arrow will not cause even a scratch to the enemies but if you misfire a dynamite arrow near enemies then your enemy will definitely lose a hand or foot
- A normal arrow does not give you any blasting cinematics but when you fire a dynamite arrow then it gives a stunning and beautiful cinematic view
- Dynamite arrow causes great damage to the surrounding where it is fired.
- Dynamite arrow will give you a very high advantage when you play red dead online with this arrow unlocked. After unlocking it in red dead online, you will dominate the game.

- You can kill groups of people at once
- It causes great damage to carts and is a perfect weapon to put those wooden carts out of shape

- If you shoot the dynamite arrow near you then you may get killed immediately or will get a great amount of damage
How To Craft Dynamite Arrow in RDR2
To craft dynamite, first, you should collect arrows, dynamite and flight feather. After collecting all the required items, you can craft the dynamite arrow by setting up a camp which you by going in items and then selecting a camp.
Now, just press the button next to the craft option which will appear on the bottom right side corner of the screen then select the dynamite arrow in the crafting section.
How to get Dynamite Arrow after the story ends in RDR2
There is no way to get dynamite arrow even if you go to the dynamite arrow pamphlet location but you can unlock it if you have opened and read the pamphlet when you were Arthur Morgan.
If you have read it then you can easily craft the dynamite arrows as John Marston in rdr2.

Definitely, dynamite arrows are worth the long journey to the marked location because after getting them you will wonder why you didn't unlock this earlier.
